Carol (Lee) Knox, 85, of Grand Rapids, formerly of Rockford, died Saturday, January 4, 2025. She was born December 28, 1939 to Lester and Lillian (Cavanaugh) Lee. She worked in the medical field first as an x-ray technician, then as a registered nurse. Her passion was hospice nursing.

Surviving are her children, John (Shelley) Knox, Jim Knox, and Jeff Knox; grandchildren, Jacob Knox, Jessica (Andy) Timothy; and great granddaughter, Izabelle Timothy. She was preceded in death by her son Jerry Knox.

Cremation has taken place, and a memorial service will be held at Crossroads Church 8331 Myers Lake Ave NE, Rockford, MI 49341 on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, Visitation will be from 10-11 AM with Service to follow at 11 AM.

Her ashes will be put by her son Jerry's near Alpena, Michigan.
