Carl Matthew Chatterson, born on June 25, 1963, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away on March 26, 2026, in Ravenna, Michigan. He was 62 years old. 

Carl was the beloved father of Amanda Chatterson and a good brother to Michelle Gray. He will be fondly remembered by his nephew Tommy Wheeler and nieces Abby Chatterson and Cassie Kidder. Carl was predeceased by his parents, Beverly and Louis Chatterson, as well as his brothers Brian and Mike. 

Carl had a passion for life's simple joys. He loved spending time grilling outdoors and shared many memorable moments with Amanda at Berlin Raceway. 

A devoted fan of Nascar racing, Lions Football, and Michigan football, Carl found great enjoyment in cheering on his favorite teams from the comfort of home.
