Bonnie Jean
Ziviski
June 22, 1949 – October 2, 2025
Bonnie Jean Ziviski (formerly Goodell and Wilk), age 76, of Cedar Springs, Michigan, passed away on October 2, 2025. Bonnie was a graduate of Cedar Springs High School, Class of 1967. After school, Bonnie raised four wonderful children on their family farm in Cedar Springs. She later worked at Sunshine Fields Daycare and then went on to become a store manager at McDonald's in Rockford for many years. Bonnie attended Peace Lutheran Church for a large portion of her life.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Eleanor (Batchhelder) Goodell; her fath, Richard Goodell; her former father-in-law, Lester (Roy) Wilk; her brother-in-law, Jay Markham and her nephew, Cary Markham. She is survived by her current husband, Zane S. Ziviski; her children Jeanine (Koadi) Pritchard; Christopher Wilk; Matthew Wilk; Patrick Wilk; her step-children, Alexandrea Andrade; Zane A. Ziviski; her grandchildren, Shane (Connor) Bratt; Casey VanEss (Stacey McFall); Samantha Taggart; Madeline Bean; Dalton VanEss; Kloey Pritchard; Emma Pritchard; her step-grandchild, Kalani Andrade; her great grandchildren Sawyer Bratt; Lyndon Bratt and Wrenley Bratt; her brother, Keith (Cheryl) Goodell; her sister, Janet (Larry) Goemaat; her former brother-in-law, Aaron (Lori) Wilk; her current mother-in-law, Helen J. Bennett; and many nieces and nephews.
Bonnie was known for her compassion and kind-hearted nature. It seems that no matter where she went, she would always end up running into someone she knew. Bonnie had a work ethic that was beyond compare and was an extraordinarily hard worker. Bonnie was the epitome of a friend, wife, and mother. Family meant everything to Bonnie, and she meant the world to her family and many others. She is very loved and is going to be deeply missed by many.
The family would like to invite any friends and family of Bonnie's to join them in a Celebration of Life on October 11, 2025 at the American Legion in Cedar Springs from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider donating blood at the blood bank as Bonnie was a longtime donor. Those attending her Celebration of Life are encouraged to bring a dish to pass and share any stories they may have about her.
