Beverly A. Schaner, of Jenison, Michigan, age 79, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at home surrounded by family. She liked watching her Detroit Tigers and Nascar, as well as spending time with her family, including her many grandkids and great-grandkids. Bev is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Russell Schaner, loving children Steve Schaner, Cathy & Shane Evans, Randy Schaner, Lori & Bruce Kamps, 12 grandkids, 14 great-grandkids, her surviving brother Ed Bricker and her brother and sister in-laws. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Betty Bricker and her sister Donna Thoman. The family would like to thank the staff at Kindred Hospice for their care and compassion during her illness. There will be a time of visitation from 3PM until 4PM on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood, Michigan 49508, with service to follow.
