February 16, 2011 Service: February 21, 2011 Beverly Bendle, aged 93, passed away surrounded by her family. Bev was born July 9, 1917 the daughter of Ralph and Nina Brown. Bev was a longtime resident of Paris Twp/Kentwood, MI. She, with her husband Bob, owned Towne and Country Pharmacy. Bev was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jill Christine Sheldon. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 69 years, Bob, son James (Elaine), daughter Laurie (Chuck), grandchildren, Amy (Jon) Hendrickson, Matthew Bendle, Mark Sheldon and Kerry Sheldon. She also leaves behind four great grandchildren, Mitchell and Claire Hendrickson and Bryan and Mark Sheldon. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Monday, February 21 at John Knox Presbyterian Church. The family will meet with friends and relatives at the Ofield Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and Monday from 9-10AM at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or John Knox Presbyterian Church.
