IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Beverly Jean
Banfill
October 18, 1927 – December 2, 2021
Beverly Jean (Miller) Banfill passed on to Heavenly Arms in the early morning hours of Thursday, December 2, 2021.
Mom had been sick with covid for over a week, and it is truly a Blessing that she is no longer suffering. We had a video call with her a few days ago, and she was barely able to talk then, and did not respond to the medications given since.
She had all vaccines, boosters, & antibody infusions.
Mom was born October 18, 1927, and we were Blessed that she lived to the age of 94.
She worked over 30 years at McInerney Spring & Wire, then worked until retirement at Steelcase, Inc.
Mom is remembered by so many as an independent, loving, helpful, generous and thoughtful friend, Aunt, Grandma, Great Grandma, Great Great Grandma, Sister & Mother. Most of all, Mom loved her family and spending time with family and friends.
From a family of seven brothers and sisters, Mom is survived by her sister Vivian and brother-in-law Allen; sister-in-law Elsie (John d.) Christensen; daughters, Barbara & special son-in-law Michael; Arlynn Afton (Russ); Sons George (Julie) Banfill III; Gregg Banfill (Ruth), and will also be missed by over 40 grandchildren, great- & great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews & grands.
Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring when the weather is nicer and we can all gather outdoors. Service Details.
