Betty Helena Zomerhuis age 88 passed away Sunday Dec. 27, 2015 in Grand Rapids. Betty is survived by her son Dale; daughter Nancy; grandson Samuel; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law Fred (Helen) Zomerhuis and Burnie Knight; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Bob. Betty worked for Keeler Brass for 24 years. She enjoyed bowling and going camping with her family. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, Jan. 2, 2016 at Ofield Funeral Home 4500 Kalamazoo SE. The family will meet with friends from 2:00-4:00 PM Friday, Jan. 1, 2016 and 1/2 hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Trillium Woods.
