Betty Ann Tymes, 87, went to her eternal home in Heaven on Monday, July 15, 2024, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald and her siblings, John Nyenhuis, Jeanne Barchinger, Wilma Schnyders and Marjorie Haines.  She is survived by her children, Ronald B. (Bonnie) Tymes of Twin Lake, MI, Vicki L. (Dan) Berens of Dorr, MI, Phillip J. (Rosemary) Tymes of Byron Center, MI, John P. (Rose) Tymes of Caledonia, MI, and Brenda S. (Gabe) Rankin of Gilbert, AZ, her siblings Jack (Lee) Nyenhuis, Ron (Carole) Nyenhuis, Joann Arnoys, Lynn (Dave) Setsma, Ken (Bev) Nyenhuis, her brothers-in-law Norlin (Judy) Tymes, LaRoy (Sharon) Tymes, fifteen grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Eighth Reformed Church, 841 Burton ST SW, Wyoming, MI. The family visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. with the Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 a.m.  A luncheon will follow the service.  Memorial contributions can be made to 8th Reformed Church, Faith Hospice, or Edison Christian Health Center.
