Betty Spoors of Grand Rapids, Michigan, age 80, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, June 11, 2019. She is survived by loved ones Anne Marie Harris, Scott Harris, grandchildren Tyler and Marissa Harris, sister Nancy Mello, brother Richard (Linda) Antonini, and brother Jack Antonini. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of thirty years, Carl L. Spoors; husband of 12 years and father of her children, Charles Harris; as well as her parents Ned and Mabel Antonini. Betty was thankful and thought it a privilege to be cared for by Doctor R. Switzer. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14, 2019, at Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Avenue SE, Kentwood, MI 49508. There will be a one-hour visitation prior to the funeral. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan, 989 Spaulding Avenue SE, Ada, MI 49301.
