Betty Jane was born to William and Cecile(stout) Ward in Tennessee, Where she grew up Until she met James Butler and then moved to Michigan And They got married, Started Their Family and had 4 Children Dana, Michelle, Jason and Jonathan. After Divorcing Jane met Daniel Reynolds who became the Love of her Life and They Married July 7th, 1989. Dan and Jane were in many Darts and Pool Leagues where they met many friends. After Jane was diagnosed with Breast cancer, she wanted to bring awareness to other women to get exams done where she raised money through dart tournaments to cover the charges of the exams, she raised Approx $20,000.00 in her time of doing it for Tree of life at Borgess Hospital.

Jane never met a stranger. Everyone always had a place in their life. She had 2 Lifelong friends Chris and Jenny Who were more like Sisters.

Jane leaves behind Her Loving husband Daniel Reynolds, Her Children Michelle & Jason Butler from Kalamazoo and Jonathan Butler from Middlesboro Kentucky. Her Step - daughter Brooke Zaleski from Battle Creek, Michigan.  8 Grand Children, 9 Great Grand Children.

1 Brother Billy (Lisa) Ward, 1 Sister Susan Moses from Tennessee. Her Mother-in-law Halo Polerecky From Portage, Michigan and 1 Brother-in-law, Al Reynolds From Vicksburg, Michigan, 1 Sister-in-law Glennie(Mark) Doorrnhaag, From Portage, Michigan. 2 Brother-in-laws Johnny House and Dennis Overdyk Both from Tennessee. Many Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends. Special Friend's (Sister) Christine Getchel Of Kalamazoo, Rosie Miller of Three Rivers , Carlene Peebles of Portage.

Preceding Her in Death is Her Parents William and Cecile Ward, Brother Marvin Ward, Sisters Elaine Overdyk, Carolyn House. Her Lifelong friend Jenny Englerth And Her Beloved Daughter Dana Butler.

Betty Jane has been cremated, The family will be having a Celebration of life dinner in her honor at a later date.
