Betty Ann Martinez (Moore) of Kalamazoo, MI, age 62, passed away on April 10, 2021. She was born to Charles and Shirley (Lawson) Moore on September 20, 1958 at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo, MI.

Betty loved to camp, fish, garden, and spend time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed collecting panda items, crocheting, and knitting as well. She had great talent with all arts and crafts. When her three sons were young, she was very involved in the cub scouts and boy scouts. She loved watching her children and grandchildren play sports.

Betty is survived by her four siblings, Richard (Nancy) Moore, David (Sheril) Moore, Deb Peck, and Rhonda Dodson. She is also survived by her three loving sons, Chris (Jennifer) Martinez, Michael (Jamie) Martinez, and Kevin (Sarah) Martinez. She has eight grandchildren that she loved with all her heart, Christopher Martinez Jr, Cheyene Martinez, Maddison Martinez, Lucas Martinez, Claire Martinez, Thomas Kirby, Kacie Kirby, and her newest grandbaby, Asher Monroe Martinez.

Betty was preceded in death by her loving parents Charles and Shirley Moore and her grandson Colton Martinez.

There will be a service at 3:00 pm EST on Friday April 16, 2021 at Kalamazoo Community Church. The church is located at 2435 N. 26th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49048.
