Born to Walter and Mildred Warfield 2-15-51 in Chicago IL. Her early childhood was spent in Brazil as a Missionary kid. Illness brought her family back to the states and she spent her summers at Camp Manitumi. 

She attended Cedarville College, now University and graduated in 1973. That is where she met Bob and married September that year. Bob and Bette Moved to Toledo, Ohio as Bob was Youth Pastor at Grace Baptist Church and Bette taught Biology and Chemistry at Emmanuel Baptist High School. 

Their children were all born in Toledo, RuthAnn Barnett (Chad), Timothy Pycraft (Erin) and Paul Pycraft (Melissa Kroll). 

They moved to Lombard, IL and served at Grace Baptist Church from 1981-1984. 

In 1984 they moved to Wyoming, MI and served as Awana Missionary for 31 years. Bette also was a substitute teacher at Godwin Heights Schools for 18 years, retiring in 2015. 

In 2016, they served with Shepherds Care Ministries till her home going. She is free of pain and suffering and in the presence of her Lord and Savior. 

She was proceeded in death by her parents and brothers Robert Warfield (Laurie) William Warfield (JoEllen) She has a living sister Virginia (David) Moodie. 

She adored her 9 grandchildren Abby, Austin, Aiden Barnett, Eva, Elli and Everly Pycraft, Silas, Adelle, and Tessa Pycraft. 

Bette was a blessing to so many and a gift from God to us. She always had a smile for you.
