It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved mother, Beth Anne Brown - Tanksley, who passed away on June 21st, 2026, at the young age of 65.

Beth was deeply loved by her family, friends, and all who knew her. She had a caring heart, a comforting presence, and a way of making others feel loved and supported. Her kindness, strength, and warmth will always be remembered by those whose lives she touched.

She was a devoted mother and friend. Beth's love for her family and friends was one of the greatest parts of who she was. She gave so much of herself to the people she loved, and her memory will live on through the lessons she taught, the love she shared, and the moments her family and friends will cherish forever.

Beth is survived by her children Matthew Tanksley and Andrew Tanksley, along with her brother Thomas Brown, sister-in-law Cynathia Brown, and nieces Kimberly Brown, Melissa Brown Allen, Amy Brown, Shawna Criminger, and Mindy Brown Youmans.

A funeral service will be held on July 27th, 2026, at 12:00 pm at St. Joseph Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Kalamazoo, Michigan, with a reception to follow at St. Joseph Church.

Beth will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. Her family and friends find comfort in knowing that her love will remain with them always.
