Alexander "Alec" Walker age 68 of Grand Rapids passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015. He is survived by his wife Fannie; children Ella, Curtis (Amanda Madrid), Tommy, Chloe and Shawna Walker; grandchildren Branden, Saisha, Maurice, Shawuan, Mariah, Davion, Shyann, Michael, Wuan'ye, Shamari, Ariana, Maseo, Milani; great grandchildren Azariay, Trenity, Baby Ty; brothers and sisters-in-law Jessie (Joyce), Larcell (Daisy) and Alvertis; sisters Josephine (Charles) Robinson and Lecia Walker. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Ofield Funeral Home 4500 Kalamazoo SE. Pastor Kenneth Hoskins, officiating. The family will meet with friends Saturday at 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
