Ann Lilly Leavell of Douglas, Michigan, age 74, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2020.

Ann was born on March 31, 1946, in Norman, Oklahoma to Lawrence Chism, Sr. and Lilly (Sikes) Chism.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard in 2005; her father in 1973; and her brothers, Lawrence, Jr. in 1975, and Henry J. on March 1, 2020.

Ann enjoyed photography and anything outdoors. She had a great love of birding, walking, and hiking. Whatever nature offered she tried to absorb.

Ann was an avid reader, loved all forms of education, and enjoyed helping others wherever she could be of service.

Ann is survived by her mother; brothers, Larry and John; and sister Lyndia Levins-- all of Florida; sisters, Maryland Walden of Grand Junction, Patricia Atanacio of California, and Julie Collins of Tennessee. Ann was also very attached to her special nieces and nephews. Many close personal friends both here and in California kept her going and smiling.
