June 18, 2013 Aloha Burch, age 85, of Kentwood, beloved mother and grandmother went to be with her Lord, Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Surviving are her two sons, Mark A. (Charlotte) of Winnipeg, Canada and Cary L. (Mary) of Grand Rapids, one daughter, Marla K. Burch of Ada and four grandchildren. Aloha was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Charles Burch who she loved dearly and was glad to be reunited with. She was a native of Jackson, MI and lived much of her life in Hastings, MI. Aloha enjoyed staying home and raising their children. After raising her family she went to work for Kentwood Public Schools and later retired from Luther Village. She was a proud member of the Eastern Stars. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 1:00pm at Unity of Greater Grand Rapids, 6025 Ada Drive, Ada MI. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Michigan.
