Allen David Gray, age 66, of Kentwood, MI passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 7, 2026.

He was born on August 28, 1959 in Grand Rapids, MI to Glenn and Betty.

He is survived by his wife Michelle Gray, children Tony (Emily), Drew (Kassie), Cody, and step-son Thomas Wheeler, sister Sue (Mike) Marr; brothers Michal (Jeri) Gray, Gary Romeyn, three grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his special friend Don Elhert.

He was preceded in death by his father Glenn Gray, mother Betty Romeyn, brothers Bobby Yahne, Leroy Yahne, and Rick Romeyn.

He was nearing retirement at Grand Rapids Truck Stop, where all were his friends.

He had a love of all sports, disc golfing, golf, bowling, Nascar, football, basketball, and tennis.

During the summer, he and Michelle spent their time at Jones Lake Campground in Delton, MI. Allen had many friends here, where he was loved by all.

A celebration of life will be held at Brewer Park on June 21, 2026 at 10:00am - 399 84th Street SE Byron Center, MI 49315.
