On Wednesday, January 29, 2020, Aaron Jenkins, loving husband and father of seven, passed away at the age of 81. Aaron was born December 12,1938 in Montego Bay, Jamaica to Charles and Bernice Jenkins. Although Aaron worked at ADAC Plastics for 25+ years, he was a jack-of-all-trades with a passion for life. He worked as a locomotive electrician, built houses, was a bartender and had a passion for cooking. He believed the limits you have are the ones you put on yourself. Aaron married Delphine Jenkins April 9, 1986. Aaron is preceded in death by his mother and father, Bernice and Charles Jenkins; his sister, Eutilyn Jenkins; brother, Samuel Jenkins and son Orron Jenkins. He is survived by his wife Delphine Jenkins, his six children: Mauleen (Norman) Gordan, Geneva Morgan-Logan, Shametra Jenkins, Paul Jenkins, Mark Jenkins and Dennis Logins; brother, Manly Jenkins; sisters, Eula Duncan, Hyacinth Olgllve, Nervilyn Jenkins-Atkins and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The funeral service for Aaron will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at St. Mary's Temple of Peace Church, 1106 Sheldon Avenue SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49507. Visitation will be held at church from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Aaron will be laid to rest in Pine Hill Cemetery, Kentwood, Michigan immediately following the service.
