Cynthia Marie (Hanzel) Tredente

Cynthia Marie Tredente (1955-2017) age 61of Grand Rapids, MI, went to be with her Lord on Friday, February 10, 2017 after a fight with cancer and ultimate heart failure. She was born on May 12, 1955, in Cleveland, OH to John (deceased) and Pauline Hanzel (Sivak). Wife of 40 years to Mark Tredente and mother of Noelle Tredente. Beloved sister of John Hanzel, Kenneth Hanzel (Debra), David Hanzel (deceased), Paulette Sebille, Richard Hanzel (deceased), and Mary Kelley (Michael). Daughter in law of Michael and Margaret Tredente (both deceased). Sister in law of Anthony Tredente (Brenda) and Raymond Tredente (deceased). Loving aunt and great aunt to many nieces and nephews. Her fun loving personality lead to many fun theme parties, especially Halloween. Cindy's gourmet cooking skills were enjoyed by all. Her on-the-go spirit took her to many countries around the world. Her favorite being China. This influenced her passion for the Asian culture and decor. She spent much time enjoying the Japanese Gardens at Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park. Mass of Christian burial at St. Paul The Apostle Catholic Church 2750 Burton St. SE Grand Rapids, MI, 49546, Monday, February 20, 2017 at 11:00am. Friends may meet the family at St. Paul at 10:00am previous to mass. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
